The Washington State Bar Association’s on-demand CLE content (streaming videos, downloadable MP3s, and materials) purchased through WSBA CLE are now accessible via a learning management system (Blue Sky eLearn, LLC). Our goal is to improve your experience.

Q: What is a learning management system?
A learning management system (LMS) is a software application used predominately in e-learning to support the administration of online courses including video and other components and can be helpful for tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Q: How does this change how I purchase on-demand CLEs from the WSBA?
Your shopping experience on the CLE store will remain the same and you will continue to access your purchases in your My CLE Purchases account under My On-Demand Seminars. Your viewing experience on the platform, is now new and improved.
Q: What are the improvements I can anticipate?
New features include autogenerated closed captioning and the ability to track individual progress through a course. In addition, you may now print a record of the course details once you have completed the course, which allows you to keep better track of your credits for reporting purposes.
Q: Anything else?
Only courses recorded Oct. 1, 2022 or later will be visible and accessible on the new platform. A complete record of your previous purchase history (including MCLE Activity IDs) can be found in the My CLE Orders section under your Order Details, within your My CLE Purchases account.
