Session 2: Focusing on the Stress S and addressing what that may look in your daily life
Session 3: Understanding what Self-care does and does not look like
Session 4: Implementation: A day to personalize your own self-care routine
Session 5: Addressing Sanity, what it does and doesn’t look like
Session 6: Practice management and Sanity: How to apply it in the workplace
Session 7: Understanding how to track your S and making connections amongst all three S’s
Session 8: Formal endings: An opportunity to share what you learned and hear what others have learned
