The WSBA Bar Leaders Summit brings together county and affinity bar leaders from across Washington to strengthen connections, share practical strategies, and build the knowledge and skills needed to lead thriving, resilient bar organizations.

Through shared learning, networking and practical skill-building, the summit fosters collaboration, equips leaders with tools to address emerging challenges, and reinforces the vital role voluntary bars play in building community, supporting members and advancing justice.

Together, We Raise the Bar

The summit seeks to combine education, practical skill-building with ample opportunity to learn from each other. The summit — held Thursday and Friday, May 14 and 15, in Seattle — featured a morning and afternoon plenary. Each plenary was followed by small group workshops. Hosted by a member of the WSBA staff, these workshops provided an opportunity to dive deeper into the concepts introduced during the plenaries and explore practical strategies and information that bar leaders can take back to their organizations.
